brian_jeffs_1_cropped.jpgBrian Jeffs FRPS DPAGB hails from Leicester in the UK and started Audio Visual in 1973 when his camera club first introduced him to this medium, he was then ‘bitten by the bug’ and has pursued the art form ever since. He gained his LRPS in 1983, “A” in 1986 and Fellowship in 1993, all in AV, and was one of the first to gain a DPAGB in AV. In May 2002 Brian was presented with the RPS AV group’s ‘Dobson Henry Medal’ for outstanding contributions to Audio Visual.
He is a founder member of the Leicester Forest Audio Visual Group, and was their Secretary for 14 years and Treasurer for 20 years. The RPS AV Group has also benefited from Brian’s enthusiasm, having served on the committee for 17 years acting as Treasurer, Chairman, and Secretary. He is a past member of the RPS AV Distinction Panel, and was also the East Midlands Regional AV organiser for nearly 25 years. Brian is currently on the RPS National and International AV Committees.
Brian enters Regional, National and International competitions and has achieved some modest success, notably 5th in the Nationals, 2nd Category prize in the Internationals and Commended in the 2011 Nationals. Brian has also served as Jury member for the Nationals, The Great Northern and many Regional AV Competitions, together with pre-selection Jury member for the National and Internationals.



Keith Scott FRPS DPAGB AV-AFIAP is Chairman of the Royal Photographic Society Audio-Visual Group, a member and past president of the Leeds & District Audio-Visual Group, member and Keith_Scott_FRPS_mug_shot_small.jpgpast President of Howden Camera Club and also of The Hull Photographic Society; he is a retired Aerospace Engineer with experience of working in twenty two countries.

Keith has been an avid photographer since boyhood when he first helped his father process and print monochrome images. He has been a regular circuit lecturer, competitor, and judge in mono and colour prints, projected images and Audio-Visual for around twenty five years, primarily for the Yorkshire Photographic Union and Photographic Alliance of Great Britain. Keith has sat on the distinction assessment panel at the Royal Photographic Society and also the PAGB. He has achieved numerous awards of Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals and Blue Ribbons for Audio-Visual sequences at international festivals.





Malcolm_Imhoff.jpgMalcolm Imhoff FRPS has been producing Audio-Visuals for over twenty five years. He enjoys communicating his interests in travel, landscapes, mountaineering, and all sorts of music. He has developed a personal style in which excellence in photography, skill in the use of sound, and the creation of rhythm in the production, are interwoven to engage the emotions of the audience. With sequences such as “Carnival in Venice”, “The Ascent of Mont Blanc”,Watch where you're putting your feet”, “Matterhorn People”, “The Spaghetti Tour”, “Trekking in Nepal”, and Land of the Thunder Dragon,” he has received many awards in both National and International Festivals. As a former teacher he is well-used to assessing the work of others. He is an experienced and respected appraiser of AVs, having judged many distinguished events, such as The Great Northern Festival, the Wilmslow Guild Open, the Geoffrey Round International, and the 321 International. In 2007 he was honoured to be invited to be Chairman of the Jury at the National AV Festival. He is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society and has served on both the RPS Audio-Visual Distinctions Panel and the PAGB Audio-Visual Distinctions Panel.
